On Ranch Lease Programs
Breeding Lease:The monthly fee includes your choice one of our purebred Arabian or NSH mares and a breeding to choice of our stallions. All of the care for the mare and foal from the time of the first cover by the stallion to the weaning of the foal. $250.00 per month (for apx. 17 months). You visit the mare and foal as much as you want, and take your custom foal home when he or she is five months old.
Riding Lease:Choose from several geldings and mares to suit your riding ability. $150.00 per month includes all feed, farrier care, wormings, etc. All you do is enjoy your hours in the saddle.
Mare Care:Special recession relief mare care price for 2010 of $4.00 per day. Mares are kept in private paddocks.
Live Foal Guarantee:If your foal dies within 72 hours of birth through no neglegance from the owner, you will receive a re-breed at no charge. If your foal dies within 14 days of birth through no neglegance from the owner, you will receive a re-breed at half the current fee.
Live Color Foal Guarantee:PF Ready To Rumba is homozygous pinto so you are guaranteed a pinto foal if you breed your mare to him. If you breed your colored mare to Syrpreme Dream CD or Kardiac and get a solid foal you can rebreed your mare within two years of the birth of the solid foal for half the current fee
Multiple Mare Discount:10% for 2 mares, 15% for 3 or more mares. Mares may belong to multiple owners as long as the stud fees are paid at the same time. Not available on special offers.
