• SSF will exercise judgment consistent with recognized standards in care and supervision of mare.

• A non-refundable booking fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) will be paid upon booking of the breeding or upon mare being delivered to SSF for breeding. The full amount of the booking fee will be credited towards the total breeding fee and will be deducted from the total breeding fee upon pick up of the mare.

• This breeding contract contains a live foal guarantee
This breeding contract contains a live foal guarantee• A live foal is described as a foal who stands and nurses for a minimum of seventy two (72) hours from birth.
A live foal is described as a foal who stands and nurses for a minimum of seventy two (72) hours from birth.•If the foal is born dead or dies within 72 hours of birth mare owner will receive a rebreed at no additional breeding fee to be used for mare owner’s choiceof 2011 or 2012 breeding season. Mare owner will provide a veterinarian’s statement confirming the death to SSF.

•Should the stallion listed above be injured, retire, die or be sold prior to the end of the 2010 breeding season mare owner will have the option to breed to any other stallion owned by SSf at no additional fee or have the full amount of the breeding fee refunded.
